Payment Policy
1. Payment Due
Payment is due immediately upon completion of notarization services unless otherwise agreed in writing before the appointment.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp etc.), and business checks. Personal checks may require prior approval.
3. Travel & Convenience Fees
For mobile notary services, a travel fee applies based on distance and time. This fee will be disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment.
4. Late Payments & Fees
If payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of $50 may apply. After 30 days, unpaid invoices may be subject to additional collection efforts.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $35. No-shows may be charged the full travel fee.
6. Refund Policy
Notary fees are non-refundable once services are performed, per Massachusetts law. However, travel fees may be refunded at our discretion if an appointment is canceled in advance.
